Biography
Armando Plata started his career in 1967 in Colombia as a music and movie presenter. During the following 20 years he served as anchor and host of more than 100 TV & Radio entertainment, variety and interview shows. He worked with JWT Colombia as their official voiceover, participating in hundreds of advertising campaigns.
In 1990 he emigrated to the United States, where he founded “Radio Klaridad” one of the highest rating AM radio stations among the Spanish speaking audience in South Florida.
